This paper presents a case study of "The Mission Continues", a US nonprofit organization, and its work supporting veterans through its fellowship program. More specifically, the authors discuss the program’s performance in the four dimensions: 1) renewed sense of purpose; 2) connections with veterans and community; 3) stipend and professional development; and 4) health benefits of service.
