This article summarizes the key points of the UN Secretary General’s ‘Synthesis Report on the Post-2015 Agenda’ and comments on how it handles the key risks to the peace agenda going forward. It concludes that the SG’s report reaffirms the most important issues for the peace, governance and justice agenda. However, it fails to reinforce some core peace priorities and does not do enough to promote shared global indicators and conflict sensitivity.
