The two articles in this edition of the RAD look at migration issues in Russia -- i.e., the first article examines the basic legal problems faced by migrant workers within the country, while the second one highlights the poor labor conditions faced by unregistered Central Asian migrants in Moscow, including limited access to the public health sector.
