This paper argues that in order to speed up the economic integration of the eastern partners with the European Union, the Commission should work out a new policy to boost entrepreneurship in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region. This includes increasing the pressure on EaP governments to pursue business environment reforms and comprehensive funding mechanisms. The author suggest that Poland might facilitate this process by sharing its pre-accession experience.
