This paper looks at the current humanitarian situation in Colombia and how it might evolve in the wake of a peace agreement between the FARC and Colombian government. To buttress up its recommendations, the report looks at other post-conflict situations for appropriate lessons learned, including making sure that humanitarian issues are addressed in any peacebuilding process.
