This paper examines the issue of children being recruited into the civil war in Syria from the refugee populations in Jordan. In particular, the authors highlight the dilemmas and political, economic and social sensitivities facing those seeking to help Syrian child refugees and call for more systematic monitoring as a basis for providing services that help protect these children.
