This comment explains that Finland is well placed to meet the challenges of hybrid warfare, but such hybridization means that societal preparedness must be emphasized along with military capabilities. In particular the authors call for 1) the strengthening of mental and physical crisis resilience; 2) the creation of a unified picture of the situation; and 3) the development of new means of defense and legislation.
