This report discusses the concept of globalization as a way of economic integration. According to the author, while deep economic integration remains utopian, many possible models of "feasible globalization" exist. Urging restricted short-time labor mobility from low-income to high-income countries, the author illustrates that economic integration is not yet focused on areas where the highest gains can be made.
