This paper features the testimony of the CFR's Ray Takeyh, given before the US House Committee on Foreign Affairs, on US policy towards Iran and its nuclear program. In general, he argues that irrespective of developments in the negotiations over Tehran's nuclear program, the US should continue to focus its efforts on ways of limiting Iran's aggressive policies in the Middle East.
