This bulletin discusses Hezbollah’s hybrid warfare capabilities, referring to its use of a conventional arsenal, irregular forces and guerrilla tactics, psychological warfare, terrorism, and criminal activities in its struggle against Israel. The author also assesses Hezbollah’s relations with Iran and Syria and argues that the model of the group could be of relevance to debates about how NATO could adapt to the hybrid warfare tactics of Russia in the conflict in Ukraine.
