This paper contains articles on issues related to UN peacekeeping operations. More specifically, it looks at 1) trends in conflict and peace; 2) new issues in peacekeeping, such as organized crime, new technologies and cybersecurity; 3) peacekeeping doctrine; 4) protection of civilians; 5) sustaining peace; 6) UN internal systems and processes; and 7) partnership possibilities between the UN and African Union (AU).
