This paper provides an overview of the discussions and outcomes of a November 7, 2014 Republic of Korea-US security seminar co-hosted by the Pacific Forum CSIS and the Korea Foundation. The conference itself consisted of sessions on 1) perspectives on Northeast Asian regional security; 2) Trustpolitik and ROK President Park's Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation Initiative; 3) the future of North Korea and an initiative for the reunification of the Korean peninsula; and 4) ROK-US Cooperation.
