Among other issues, the sessions at the workshop focused on 1) international, transnational and private law frameworks relevant to climate change; 2) the contribution of sub-national entities, such as municipalities, to addressing climate change; 3) the role of civil society and indigenous peoples in dealing with climate issues; and 4) the role of business and industry in climate change.
