This issue includes articles on 1) the first PSC mission to Mali which it undertook together with the EU Political and Security Committee in February 2015; 2) the PSC's review of the decision to launch a Multinational Joint Task Force to combat Boko Haram; and 3) the disagreement between the UN and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) over the forced disarmament of a rebel group in the eastern DRC, and Somalia's political stability. The issue also includes an interview with former Burundian president Pierre Buyoya on the peace process in Mali.
