This bulletin discusses the growing skepticism among certain EU member states over the continuation of the Union’s sanctions against Russia that were established in response to Moscow’s annexation of Crimea in 2014. The author also discusses what the EU should do to respond to this development as well as what Poland can do to maintain the continuation of the Union’s sanctions policy and solidarity between member states on this issue.
