This paper proposes an alternative approach to world politics and introduces the theory of Worldism. The authors evaluate exploratory methods to identify fiction and poetry as methods for social science. The paper presents storytelling as a tool to show the need for a Worldist approach, based on trans-subjectivity, critical syncretic engagement and accountability.
