This commentary provides an overview of the measures Ukraine's post-Maidan government has taken to deal with the country's extensive problems with corruption. In particular, the authors provide details of 1) some of the new trends in corruption in Ukraine; 2) the legislation, anti-corruption investigations, institutional changes, and civil society measures used to tackle corruption; and 3) the delayed and abandoned measures for dealing with corruption, such as the founding of a National Anti-Corruption Bureau, and judiciary reform.
