This issue includes articles on 1) the role of women in peace and security in Africa; 2) the African Union's (AU) position on the UN's February 2015 review of peacekeeping operations; and 3) the unstable political situation in Libya and the crisis facing migrants trying to cross the Mediterranean from Libya to Europe. The issue also includes an interview with the head of mission support operations at the African Union Support to Ebola Outbreak in West Africa (ASEOWA) about the lessons learned from the AU's effort against Ebola.
