Publication

This paper summarizes the proceedings of an international workshop on the Libyan crisis jointly organized by the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and the European Council on Foreign Relation (ECFR) in May 2015. In the first session, participants focused on the declining state of human rights in Libya and voiced their concern for the future. In the second session, they discussed the regional dimension of the conflict highlighting the role played by Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
