This report is the product of a conference convened by the Centre for International Governance Innovation (GIGI) and the Wilfrid Laurier University and The Academic Council on the United Nations System (ACUNS). The conference assembled leading practitioners and academics, civil society representatives and United Nations officials in Waterloo, Ontario to address UN reform. The report highlights the significance of the conference towards a collective and constructive examination of popular UN reform proposals.
