The paper discusses the linkages approach to tourism and details the power of private business for the benefit of local development. The authors consider various kinds of tourism policies and highlight the promotion of linkages in tourism. Additionally, the study highlights the necessity of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable tourism agendas to be further developed.
