Publication

This paper evaluates rural development policies in the context of poverty reduction. The study considers core principles for the integrated development of rural areas and highlights different prescriptions and practices for poverty reduction. In such a context, the author points out the importance of income distribution and human capital, as well as vulnerability and social protection.
