Publication

This paper provides a synthesis of thinking on governance, development and aid effectiveness. The paper is based on a program of governance research, advisory work and training. The author defines governance as the space where state and economic and societal actors interact to make decisions. The paper advocates a systematic approach towards governance consideration and aid policy.
