In this US Congressional testimony, CNAS' Ilan Goldenberg reviews American interests in the Middle East. As part of his review, he examines 1) the US' support for the Palestinian Authority; 2) the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPA) with Iran; and 3) the difficult balancing acts and conflicting interests America faces in its relationships with key players in the region.
