This bulletin explains 1) how Russian-Turkish tensions are deepening divisions within the South Caucasus region, and 2) why this situation could paradoxically benefit the area’s economies. The text’s author additionally focuses on how the harmonization of policies between Turkey and the European Union could help mitigate some of the South Caucasus’ problems.
