This paper calls on President Mauricio Macri to revise the rules that regulate Argentina's energy sector. The text's authors contend that absent these reforms, Buenos Aires will be unable to use its energy resources to help jumpstart the economy, improve conditions for the manufacturing sector, and bring in more foreign direct investment.
