This report on the road map to peace in the Middle East first explains how the road map was set up by the Quartet (consisting of the EU, Russia, the US, and the UN). The authors then assess this conflict resolution plan and highlight the main points as well as the sequence of the draft road map of December 2002, before they discuss the proposals for an accelerated road map. The last section of this publication focuses on Palestinian refugees.
