Publication

This publication discusses transboundary water management in Southern Africa. The author argues that the global water crisis is a crisis of governance. He provides basic data on international river basins in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region, and proposes a multilateral framework for transboundary water management. He ends the paper with a set of conclusions and policy recommendations.
