This issue of BPSR features four articles, two research notes, and a review essay. They specifically focus on 1) the role of national intelligence systems as networks; 2) the accountability of the World Bank’s Inspection Panel (1993-2015); 3) the impact of Germany and Greece in the Eurozone crisis, particularly from the viewpoint of the neo-neo debate; 4) the foreign policy role of Brazilian construction firms operating abroad; 5) the genesis of participatory democracy in Brazil; 6) the impact of portfolio allocations in coalition governments; and 7) the dangers of comparing the performance of different legislative institutions.
