This publication documents events and findings of the third World Social Forum (WSF) that took place 2003 in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The report provides an overview of the main facts, actors and goals of the forum to eventually discuss similarities with previous editions of the WSF as well as the changes the forum introduced in 2003.
