This paper seeks to identify the fiscal impact of aid on Zambia's economy. The study provides an overview of the Zambian economy including its macroeconomic and fiscal dilemmas and priorities. It examines the ways in which the fiscal aid may have stimulated growth and contributed in other ways to poverty reduction.
