This handbook discusses difficulties and necessary skills for humanitarian negotiation in order to enhance individual and organizational negotiation skills. It provides an overview and describes the four key negotiation phases: analysis, strategy, face-to-face and follow-through. At the end of the handbook, the authors give a summary of key points for a successful negotiation.
