This paper focuses on the Clinton administration's foreign policy in Europe and Africa. It identifies possible discussion points on this subject, as well as on economic issues during the Pacific Summit in Seattle and the ministerial meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) organization. It further tackles possible outcomes and longer-term consequences of the meetings.
