This issue is devoted to the UN Year of Dialogue among Civilizations in 2001. The authors discuss issues such as the Europeanization of European national laws, the reform of the global financial architecture, trans-Atlantic relations and US economic relations with Europe. The journal also features discussions on Europe’s Common Foreign and Security Policy, Russia’s relations with NATO and the EU and the Holy See’s presence in international affairs.
