2007

This publication is dedicated to questions of post-conflict reconstruction and transitional justice, focusing on failed states, nationbuilding and US foreign policy. The chapters critically assess risks and opportunities of peacebuilding operations and address the judicial handling of atrocities such as genocide. Furthermore, the issue covers the development of the post-Soviet Collective Security Treaty Organization, discusses the effect of US opposition to the International Criminal Court and explores the use of formal modeling in the study of conflict intervention. The issue ends with three book reviews.
