This report provides information on issues involved in the implementation of the Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the IAEA in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The paper concludes that all the nuclear material declared by Iran to the Agency is accounted for and that apart from the small quantities previously reported to the Board, the Agency has found no other undeclared nuclear material in Iran. It also concludes that gaps remain in the Agency’s knowledge with respect to the scope and content of Iran’s centrifuge program.
