This report provides information on the implementation of the Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the IAEA in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. It covers developments of the agency’s investigation in Iran’s nuclear program since April 2006. It reports the failing of the country to provide the IAEA with information about different aspects of the implementation of the NPT Treaty.
