This report provides information on the implementation of the Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the IAEA in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. It states that Iran has not addressed long outstanding verification issues or provided the necessary transparency to remove uncertainties associated with some of its activities. It also concludes that Iran has not suspended its activities related to the enrichment of nuclear material.
