This report provides information on the implementation of the Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the IAEA in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. It reports that Iran has been providing the Agency with access to declared nuclear material and facilities and that it has provided the required nuclear material accountancy reports in connection with such material and facilities. It also reports that there are outstanding verification issues that prevent the agency from confirming the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program.
