This report provides information on issues involved in the implementation of the Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the IAEA in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and UN Security Council Resolution 1737 (2006). It reports that the agency is able to verify the non-diversion of declared nuclear material in Iran but that it remains unable to make further progress in its efforts to verify fully the past development of Iran’s nuclear program and certain aspects relevant to its scope and nature. It also reports that Iran has not suspended its enrichment-related activities.
