This paper analyzes the threat of further conflict between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo in light of the continuous crisis since 1994. It also discusses the challenges of terrorist threats to US national security in connection with established military principles and strategies and includes an article on Hamas' gradual escalation of the use of suicide terrorism in contrast to the gradual abandonment of such a tactic as a component of the broader strategy by the Kurdistan Workers Party.
