This paper addresses the state and development of Iraq nearly three years after the US-led invasion. The issue includes papers on life in Iraq during the 1991 uprisings and on an economic development strategy and social structures that are still dominated by tribal relations. Furthermore, the paper presents views on the state of the US nuclear arsenal and ways of Islamist terrorist financing.
