This report both provides and analyzes anti-vehicle mine (AVM) incident data collected for 2015. It first describes the 178 actual or suspected AVM incidents that occurred in 25 states or territories and caused 598 casualties, 60% of which were civilians. The report then goes on to explore the context-specific humanitarian and developmental impact of AVMs.
