The Iraq Commission Report offers a blueprint for the UK's involvement in Iraq. The report was created by the Foreign Policy Centre and Channel 4 and builds upon inquiries from various sources such as military personnel and humanitarian aid groups. It provides a set of recommendations to the UK government, emphasizing the involvement of Iraq's neighbors, a UN envoy to facilitate internal reconciliation, and a refocus of military activity toward training and capacity building of the Iraqi security forces. The Commission also suggests developing an economic roadmap and enhancing support to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in dealing with refugee problems.
