Publication

This publication summarizes the findings of the third workshop on "Protecting and Assuring Critical National Infrastructures" held in February 1998. It critically reviewed the Commission's report to the US president entitled "Critical Foundations," and put forward further suggestions to the commission. Issues discussed include criteria and priorities to guide near-term actions, creation of a public-private partnership, legal issues, and facilitation of a research and development plan.
