This report summarizes the findings of a delegation of Stanford University faculty members on North Korea's nuclear program. The authors assume that, given the demonstrated technical capabilities, North Korea has produced at least a few simple, primitive nuclear devices. They emphasize that the US must demonstrably address North Korea’s security before there is any hope of denuclearization.
