This Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) publication provides a summary of Switzerland's 2028 Foreign Policy Vision (AVIS28), a working group report that assesses how Switzerland should position itself globally in terms of its future foreign policy. More specifically, the text outlines 1) how Switzerland needs to adopt a more focused, networked and agile foreign policy; and 2) a vision for Swiss foreign policy over the next ten years in six key areas.
