The articles in this edition of the RAD look at 1) recent changes in domestic violence legislation in Russia, including what these changes mean for gender equality policies in the country; and 2) the ongoing reform of Russian child welfare guidelines, which are being shaped by proactive NGOs and the idea that every child has a right to grow up in a family.
