This publication discusses regional effects of China's economic growth. The author explains why China's economic growth means more of an opportunity than a threat for Southeast Asia. The author concludes that while Southeast Asian countries may have some wariness about regional power relationships, they will willingly continue their expanding economic engagement, Japan being the only exception.
