This collection of papers discusses general security issues in the broader Black Sea region and provides a Greek perspective on the geopolitical matters in the Balkans and in Europe. The authors discuss such issues as the geopolitical impact of the revised European identity, the structure of the eastern border of Europe as well as the historical dimensions of the ongoing developments in the Black Sea region and the Balkans.
